Irina Djojoatmodjo (*1993, Switzerland) specializes in various textile techniques ranging from tailoring, knitting, crochet, silkscreen printing and more. Driven by a life-long interest in learning new crafts and continuously growing her skillset, she is inspired by the use of second-hand materials and the transformative potential of repurposed textiles.
With a background in Fine Arts and Design, Irina frequently collaborates with other creatives, taking on the role of translating her collaborators' visions into wearable pieces and materializing ideas into visually striking works of art.
Irina is also co-founder of AbsurdBeings, a curatorial collective based in Amsterdam. Within the collective, she takes on the role of copywriter, curator and exhibition designer.
